Hey, this is Bikramjit Konwar, founder and author at holistichealthNlife.com. He was born in 1976 and completed engineering graduation in 2000. Later the author had lost health due to a poor lifestyle and food habits. After years of struggling, he recovered health by adopting food and lifestyle strategies.
Later the author earned a Diploma in Nutrition and also Naturopath. He spent several years in the advanced study of health and well-being. Food is the one most crucial thing for health-no one is arguing that.
